We have a client in San Antonio looking to fund 5+ developments he currently has in the pipeline. The enclosed flyers are for 5 of the developments, my client potentially has 3 or 4 more in the pipeline. These projects will consist of 1 to 4 “kiosk-type” tenants including Brevity Coffee Co, Valvoline, Human Bean, Little Caesars, Costa Oil Change Corp, Sweet & Swig, Fizz, ATM and Watermill. Each project will require between $1m to $2m with a total capital requirement of approximately $10m to fund the all the retail developments.
We can structure these redevelopments one of two ways: 1. CAPITAL FUNDING/LOAN 2. PRESALE ACQUISITION
These can be acquired/financed together or individually, we would prefer to package them all together.
