Frequently 3, 5, 7, 10 or 20 years. 5 and 10 year fixed rate are most common. Bridge and Construction loans usually have terms of 1 to 3 years.

Typically 30 yrs. Some loans with an interest only period.

Highly competitive. Rates are determined by LTV, DSCR, prepayment alternatives and other factors.

Usually up to 80%. Some programs up to 90%.

Both non-recourse and recourse available.
